Can you help name my business too?

Yes, we can absolutely collaborate to come up with the perfect name for your business. This process takes a little more in depth getting to know you through a branding call, and digging very deep within your "why" of what you do, so a package including this may be subject to a higher rate.

Can I keep my current domain, even if my current website is not on the SquareSpace platform?

If you are doing a rebrand and wanting to transfer your domain over, no worries! We will be able to transfer your domain to SquareSpace with no problem. However, your hosting will have to change to SquareSpace as they are a website builder and hosting platform.

Will I receive the active & editable files for my logos?

Because your logo designs will be thoughtfully designed by our design team, you will only receive the image files rather than the active and editable ones. This is because the end result will be a product of P + H and we reserve the right to maintain it exactly in that form. If you need to request revisions, please reach out so we can discuss how to go about revisions and if it will be suitable for your brand direction.

how will i receive my files?

You will receive your final files via a DropBox link or Google Drive folder. You will receive them in multiple variations, including opaque and transparent backgrounds for watermark purposes.

HOW MUCH WILL MY WEBSITE PLATFORM COST ME?

The website pricing varies from $12-46/month depending on the type of website chosen and if you would like to pay monthly or annually. You can view the website pricing model here for more information.

ARE ALL FULL DESIGN PROCESSes EXACTLY 6 WEEKS?

Project progress and completion timeframe is set on a general schedule but in no way guaranteed, because the client plays a huge part in the speed of the project. Since feedback and revisions happen along the way, it does depend on the speed of the client as well. There is an amount of effort by the client required in a branding design to give content and copy and to reply to drafts in a timely manner.
